Judge Lindsey, Zayas Appointed to 11th Circuit Court
Gov. Rick Scott appointed Judge Norma Lindsey and Angelica Zayas, both of Miami, to the 11th Judicial Circuit Court.
Judge Lindseys well-rounded background and proven experience as a county court judge demonstrate that her work ethic and judicial temperament qualify her for elevation to the circuit bench, Scott stated in a release. Her commitment to the South Florida community is unquestionable, and she has demonstrated a sense of fairness and commitment to judicial restraint that will benefit the 11th Judicial Circuit.

Henderson Appointed to Volusia County Court
Gov. Rick Scott today appointed Steven Henderson of Port Orange to the Volusia County Court.
Stevens life experiences, service to others and work as a prosecutor have developed his skills and shaped his temperament to work hard and listen to others, Scott stated in a release. As a manager, he has carefully worked to apply the law on a daily basis, and I am confident he will use the same diligence as a county court judge.

Marshall, 52, of Palm Beach, is a self-employed landscape architect. She is appointed for a term beginning Dec. 9, 2011, and ending Oct. 31, 2013.
