Rick Scott Announces Venezuelan Pharmaceutical Company Moving to Tamarac
On Monday, Gov. Rick Scott announced Unipharma, a pharmaceutical company, will move from Venezuela to Tamarac creating 100 jobs and $50 million in new investments.
We are excited to announce that Unipharma has chosen to locate their pharmaceutical headquarters in Broward County, Scott said. Floridas unemployment rate is below the national average and weve created more than 333,000 private-sector jobs since December 2010. The jobs being created by Unipharma are another example that its working in Florida.
