Voters Lack Confidence in Obamacare

A new Rasmussen Reports poll shows more than half of likely American voters lack confidence in President Barack Obama's health care law and believe it will only add to the deficit and cost far more than expected.The health care law provides subsidies for low-income Americans who don't have insurance access from their employer.

Transfer Students Flocking to Florida Universities

U.S. News and World Reports released a list on Tuesday of universities bringing in the most transfer students -- and three of them are based in Florida.

The University of Central Florida ranks second in the nation, behind only Arizona State University, with 6,324 transfer students.

Florida International University places fourth on the list with 4,536 transfer students.

More Rejection in Request to Exhume Bodies at Dozier School

The latest chapter of the ongoing saga to exhume bodies at the Dozier School for Boys is another one of rejection -- this time from the secretary of state. A team of researchers from the University of South Florida, led by Erin Kimmerle, has been working tirelessly on exhumation after Attorney General Pam Bondi received a similar rejection earlier this year from a circuit court judge.

State Rejects Dozier Exhumation Request

Monday brought another speedbump in the exhumation of possible bodies at the Dozier School for Boys, as the permit sought to exhume bodies by the team of researchers from the University of South Florida was denied.
