AAA Florida expects little movement through the week at Floridas pumps as efforts continue by the European Union, U.S., the U.K., and Canada to curb Iran's nuclear program. A lot is happening around the globe that is putting both upward and downward pressure on oil prices, making it hard for any consistent trending in the market, Jessica Brady, AAA spokeswoman, stated in a release.

The jobless rate was 7.8 percent in January 2009.
