USA Today-Gallup -- polling registered voters in Colorado, Florida, Iowa, Michigan, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia and Wisconsin -- found Obama trailing Romney 43-48, and Gingrich 45-48. High school graduation is at an all-time high in Florida, reaching 80.1 percent, according to the state Department of Education. Since 2006, when the state rate was nearly 10 percentage points lower, black students' graduation has grown 11.5 percent, to 68.4 percent. Meanwhile, Hispanic graduation is up 13 percentage points, to 77.3 percent. For white students, the graduation rate is 86.8 percent, up 1.4 percentage points in one year.
