Citing Email, Michele Bachmann and Ron Paul Accuse CBS of 'Bias' at Debate

Four GOP presidential candidates accused CBS News of bias at Saturday's debate in South Carolina. A network memo suggested as much.

In the email hours before the debate, CBS News political analyst John Dickerson wrote:

"OK, let's keep it loose though since [Rep. Michele Bachmann] is not going to get many questions during the debate and shes nearly off the charts in the hopes of getting someone else."

Sure enough, the bulk of the questions went to Mitt Romney, Herman Cain and the latest flavor of the week (again), Newt Gringrich

Second North Florida Pari-Mutuel Seeks Wagering on Barrel Racing

A second North Florida county may be moving toward having a gaming facility featuring slot machines.

Hamilton Downs Horsetrack in Jasper has asked the Florida Division of Pari-Mutuel Wagering (DPMW) for permission to use its Quarter Horse racing permit to hold pari-mutuel barrel racing, according to Bloodhorse.com, which covers the thoroughbred and equine industry.

Martin Memorial Medical Center may face multiple complaints because the state Supreme Court wouldnt overrule a lower court order that allows a womans estate to proceed with its claim she contracted a highly contagious infection while in the hospital's care, TCPalm.com reports.

Tampa Study: Daily Nonstop Flight to Europe Yields $154 Million and 1,200 Jobs

Florida airports can generate thousands of jobs and millions in cash by landing more international flights, a study says.

Adding just one daily nonstop route between Tampa and Europe would boost the local economy by $154 million annually, according to ICF SH&E, an aviation-industry research group.

A daily nonstop to Asia would yield $145 million for the Tampa Bay area, while additional service to Latin America would bring in $67 million, the study also found.
