Former U.S. Rep. Allen West had harsh words for President Barack Obamas policy in the Middle East on Tuesday. Taking to Facebook, West, who has opened the door to a political comeback in 2016, ripped Obama before the presidents speech on Syria.

Former Congressman Clay Shaw Dies
Former U.S. Rep. Clay Shaw, R-Fla., died Tuesday evening after a battle with cancer. He was 74.
Shaw served as Fort Lauderdale mayor and spent 26 years in Congress under four different presidents from 1981-2007.

Gov. Rick Scott announced on Tuesday the appointment of Anna Dooley and the reappointments of Mike Bauer and Cari Roth to the Environmental Regulation Committee.
Dooley is the executive director for Greenscape of Jacksonville and will fill a vacant seat for a term beginning Sept. 10, 2013, and ending July 1, 2015.

Rick Scott Announces Cyalume Technologies Holdings Relocating to Fort Lauderdale
Gov. Rick Scott announced Tuesday that Cyalume Technologies Holdings Inc. will be relocating its headquarters from West Springfield, Mass., to a new facility in Fort Lauderdale.
The relocation will create 25 jobs that will pay more than $86,000.
