Dennis Ross: Navigators Need Background Checks

With concerns about the navigators enrolling people into President Barack Obamas federal health-care law, U.S. Rep. Dennis Ross, R-Fla., introduced a bill offering some new regulations on who can hold those positions. Ross Safety Before Access Act will ensure navigators have background checks and will allow people to opt out of the health care law until security measures are in place.
