With starting QB Sam Bradford down, the Rams are desperate for quarterbacks since veteran backup Kellen Clemens hasnt exactly set the world on fire during his eight years in the NFL.

Rand Paul and Ron Paul Team Up Against Janet Yellen and the Fed

U.S. Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky., is ramping up his opposition to President Barack Obamas nomination of Janet Yellen to chair the Federal Reserve. Paul is teaming up with the Campaign for Liberty, chaired by his father former U.S. Rep. Ron Paul, R-Texas, to stand in opposition to Yellen and push legislation taking aim at the Fed.

On Thursday, the Campaign for Liberty announced a video on the subject featuring Sen. Paul and John Tate, the president of the group.

Ileana Ros-Lehtinen and Steve Israel Demand US Return Artifacts to Iraqi Jewish Community

U.S. Rep. Ileana Ros-Lehtinen, R-Fla., the chairwoman of the Middle East and North Africa House Subcommittee, reached out across the aisle to work with U.S. Rep. Steve Israel, D-N.Y., to demand historical items currently on display at the National Archives be returned to the Jewish community in Iraq. These items had been found by American and allied forces in Iraq and sent to the United States for repair and preservation. Ros-Lehtinen and Israel sent a letter to U.S.

Unions Turn on Obamacare, but Don't Call Them Hypocrites

It's not just Republicans who are unhappy with Obamacare. Labor union leaders have been complaining too.

In July, the presidents of the Teamsters, United Food Commercial Workers union and UNITE-HERE (combined membership: 2.9 million) wrote a letter to congressional Democrats saying that Obamacare will "destroy the very health and well-being of our members along with millions of other working Americans."
