House Ethics Committee to Investigate Trey Radel
The House Ethics Committee will investigate U.S. Rep. Trey Radel, R-Fla., the congressman who caused a commotion after he pled guilty to misdemeanor possession of cocaine in November, according to CNN.
Radel was placed on probation.
The freshman Republican from Fort Myers faced criticism from many Floridians and colleagues after his arrest, which occurred in October. Many called for him to step down from his position in the House of Representatives, but Radel opted to take a leave of absence from Congress and attend rehab instead.

With Christmas a little over a week away, it's crunch time to finish holiday shopping. But according to a new poll, nearly a third of Americans are already finished.
The Rasmussen Reports poll found 67 percent of American adults have already started their holiday gift shopping, a number that's up from 48 percentat the beginning of the month.Thirty percent said they still haven't started shopping.
