Gov. Rick Scott Welcomes Chinese Trade Delegation

A trade delegation from Rugao, China received a tour of Bing Energy's new Tallahassee headquarters Friday from none other than Gov. Rick Scott.

Bing Energy is planning on opening operations in Rugao, and Scott is pleased at the opportunity to highlight the relationship between the "sister cities" as a way to increase job creation in both areas.

Huijan Chen, the vice mayor of the Nantong Municipal Peoples' Government in Rugao's province, agreed.
