GOP Senate Hopeful Craig Miller in Minor Motorcylce Accident
It was a bad weekend for Craig Miller. Not only did he finish in last place in a straw poll held in Orlando at the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) on Friday, among the four leading Republicans looking to challenge Democratic U.S. Sen. Bill Nelson in 2012, but he got into a minor motorcycle mishap on Sunday.

Colorado Moves Into Early Primary Date Discussions
Another player has stepped into the debate as Florida eyes placing itself among the first primaries of the 2012 presidential selection process.
Colorado Republicans have decided they want a greater voice in the GOP contest by moving the states primary from March 6 to Feb. 7.
Unlike the anticipated consequences of Florida moving up its primary, Colorados isnt expected to violate RNC rules as the event is considered nonbinding in the states pledge of delegates.

John Stemberger, a co-chair of Texas Gov. Rick Perrys Florida campaign team, said the message of Saturdays P5 straw poll is that surprise winner Herman Cain has moved up the ladder of GOP vice presidential candidates.
I think the one thing this definitely says is if (U.S. Sen. Marco) Rubio doesnt want it, Herman Cain is going to be a high second choice for a VP candidate, Stemberger said after the straw poll was held in the Orange County Convention Center.

The results:
1.Herman Cain, 986, 37.1 percent.
2.Rick Perry, 410, 15.4 percent.
3.Mitt Romney, 372, 14 percent.
