Al Cardenas: Conservative Group Creates ‘Baroness Margaret Thatcher CPAC Scholarship Fund’

In her honor, today we announce that we will create a Baroness Margaret Thatcher CPAC Scholarship Fund, given annually to an outstanding young female conservative who will receive complimentary three-day VIP registration at CPAC, starting in 2014, said ACU Chairman Al Cardenas in a press release."

Honoring the life of Britains Iron Lady, the American Conservative Union has created a scholarship for female conservatives.

Cyberbullying Bill Awaits Senate Vote

Youve heard the tragic stories -- teenagers harassed with insults and hate mail on the Internet, ending up committing suicide.

State lawmakers are moving to crack down on cyberbullying, the kind of bullying that can happen without a direct physical confrontation, but can be even more toxic emotionally.

Members of the Florida House unanimously passed HB 609 last week,legislation requiring school districts to adopt policies against cyberbullying. Current law prohibits bullying in schools, but does not cover online bullying.
