John Boehner, GOP Establishment Targeting Ted Yoho

The Republican leadership is after U.S. Rep. Ted Yoho, R-Fla., but the North Florida congressman is trying to use that opposition to rally conservatives in his district. 

Yoho made national headlines earlier this year when he challenged U.S. House Speaker John Boehner, R-Ohio, to lead the House. While Yoho did not garner much support, other challengers to Boehner -- namely U.S. Rep. Dan Webster, R-Fla. .--  received more votes but the speaker retained the gavel.

U.S. Sen. Bill Nelson is sounding the alarm about the future of U.S. space flights but industry officials in Florida remained calm after the latest explosion of a cargo rocket on Sunday.

Nelson met with SpaceX and NASA officials on Monday to discuss why the resupply rocket exploded. The disaster was the third in the past year involving a cargo ship headed to the International Space Station.

Aaron Keller is now the press secretary for the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. Keller had been the communications coordinator and the deputy press secretary for the department.
