Gov. Rick Scott signed a law on Tuesday tooverhaul the juvenile justice system with the aim of maintaining public safety. HB 7055 aims to codify principles and reform efforts which have contributed to lower juvenile recidivism rates in Florida.On top of signing the bill, Gov.
