Draft of Republican 'DREAM Act Lite' Immigration Bill Leaked
On Thursday, Sunshine State News reported on tea party favorite Sen. Marco Rubio's proposal to reform U.S. immigration policy incrementally, beginning with legalizing undocumented youth who immigrated when they were children.
The Daily Caller has since released what it says is a proposal circulating among Republican legislators, which appears to be a draft on the legislation Rubio's press secretary Alex Conant told the News is in the works:

Three Lobbying Firms Top $1 Million
While the summer and early fall might have been off-season for lawmakers, that didnt stop lobbyists from doing business -- and collecting millions of dollars in fees.
Newly filed reports show that three legislative lobbying firms topped $1 million in fees from July 1 through Sept. 30, while eight others collected at least $500,000. Another 10 firms pulled in at least $250,000.
