Sen. Kelli Stargel, R-Lakeland, and Rep. Katie Edwards, D-Plantation, reached across party lines on Wednesday to file a bill which would ensure sex offenders cant access pornography when on probation.

Rick Scott Invites Obama to Tour Areas Impacted by Corps’ Lake Okeechobee Discharges

Matt Gaetz Files Bill for Later High School Start Times
Rep. Matt Gaetz, R-Fort Walton Beach, will try to make sure high schoolers can get a little more sleep in the mornings with his new legislation.
On Monday, Gaetz filed a bill (HB 67) for the 2014 legislative session that would essentially prohibit school boards from starting high school classes any earlier than 8 a.m.

In the end, as the speaker list increased and Tuesday afternoon wound down, Sasser's 20 minutes was whittled to 10. Nevertheless, the four-term former mayor and lifelong resident of Pahokee -- population a whisker under 6,000 -- made what he called the "priority point" of his trip to the Florida capital:
