An Economist/YouGov poll released on Friday found that businessman Herman Cain continues to gain momentum in the race for the Republican presidential nomination and has a solid lead over former Gov. Mitt Romney of Massachusetts. The poll had Cain taking 33 percent followed by Romney with 18 percent and Texas Gov. Rick Perry in third with 10 percent.
