Gov. Rick Scott signed an executive order Tuesday that ended the suspension of Beth Flansbaum-Talabisco from her elected position as mayor of Tamarac.
Flansbaum-Talabisco was suspended from office on March 9, 2011, after she was arrested on four public corruption charges involving two South Florida developers who sought her support in building projects in the South Florida city.
On March 14, 2012, Circuit Judge Cynthia G. Irnperato dismissed the charges, ruling there was no evidence she received personal benefit from the developers.
