Mark Kirk, R-Ill., on Wednesday to chide U.S. Secretary of State John Kerrys plans to send $150 million to the United Nations Refugee and Works Agency (UNRWA) over its role in actions directed against Israel. The senators pointed to three cases of rockets at a UNRWA facility in Gaza and wrote Kerry to demand taxpayer dollars wont be used against Israel.

Florida CFO Jeff Atwater holds a commanding lead over Democratic rival William Rankin according to a new poll. St. Leo University released a poll of likely voters on Wednesday which shows 50 percent backing Atwater, 35 percent behind Rankin and the remaining 15 percent undecided. The poll of 500 likely voters was taken from Oct. 16-Oct. 19 and had a margin of error of +/- 4.5 percent.
