Blaise Ingoglia always was a Big Production kind of guy. It's good to see him reignite his talent for exposing the recklessness of government in videos and seminars by explaining simply and entertainingly what's really going on.
On Tuesday the former Republican Party of Florida chairman and state representative from Spring Hill launched another of his "Government Gone Wild" videos, this one titled “The Illegal Immigration Video Democrats DON’T Want You to See” -- a part of the Democratic playbook most of America misses.
Have a look at the video on this page.
Turns out Ingoglia is a considerable weapon for the Republican Party.
In "The Illegal Immigration Video ..." he explains why Democratic leaders in Congress have no intention of compromising on any significant immigration reform: They are now politically benefiting from a porous Southern border.
“For Democrats, opposition to immigration reform is a political calculation, not a humanitarian one,” said "Government Gone Wild" creator and producer Ingoglia. “Fixing the broken system hurts their future electoral success.
“Democrats have figured out, with every passing year more and more children of illegal immigrants will cast legal votes against anyone who makes a policy issue of their relatives. They’ve also figured out that every illegal that crosses our border today creates two to three future voters tomorrow. It’s a political calculation, not a humanitarian one, and, it’s starting to work.”
The YouTube video continues by pointing out that illegal immigration is unfortunately a red-hot topic that has become a sensational headline for decades and can lead to major repercussions: “So, what’s the TRUE cost of illegal immigration? The answer might be our very own republic!”
In 2007, Ingoglia began producing seminars to educate people, starting with those in his own county, motivating them to pay attention to what the government was doing. He describes his successful seminars as “factual, educational, high-energy, satirical and motivational.”
His Government Gone Wild (GGW) videos have gone viral, he said, garnering upwards of 8 million views. In 2011 the video “Brother, Can You Spare A Trillion” won a YouTube award for the fifth most watched political video.
He admits it's been awhile between GGW productions. "For the last few years I was consumed with building up the Republican Party of Florida," he told Sunshine State News. "It takes awhile to do our homework on these video productions, and now we've got a chance to get back to them."
If Donald Trump is looking for a spectacular tweet, "The Illegal Immigration Video" might be the one.
Expect more videos. "I just look for people who see these videos to spread the word, share with other people. We've got a big decision to make in 2020," Ingoglia said.
