During a visit to Palm Beach Monday, U.S. Sen. Marco Rubio discussed challenges and opportunities facing small-business leaders. With clouds of uncertainty hanging over small businesses, the freshman senator says Washington needs to figure out solutions to health care, the tax rate and other policy issues before the country can make progress with unemployment and the economy.
