Speaking at a school choice rally at the Capitol on Wednesday, Gov. Rick Scott touched on a number of issues not only involving choice, but also funding for education and his proposed $2,500 teacher raise.
The governor also talked up his proposal to eliminate the sales on manufacturing equipment, which is facing some tough questions from state lawmakers.
He also was asked if its fair for him to be able to raise money for his re-election campaign during the legislative session when some of his contributors are pursuing legislation at the Capitol.
