Two Florida Republican activists are showcased in the latest round of TV ads as the Republican National Committee (RNC) looks to build up its team for 2016.

The RNC is set to run ads highlighting the Republican Leadership Initiative (RLI) which will run on Fox Business during next week’s debate between the Republican presidential candidates. The ads include looks at two women from Florida: Vallerie, a community leader from Sarasota, and Katherine, the mother of an autistic child based in Tampa.

Set up last year, the RLI has more than 1,000 trained activists who help the RNC with field operations across the nation. RNC Chairman Reince Priebus has said the GOP will build it largest field operation ever for the 2016 election and the RLI is a key part of it. The RLI was involved in state races in 2015 and its members have logged more than 200,000 manhours

“Our effort to win the White House is fueled by the diverse and unique personal stories that motivate each and every individual to get involved in the political process,” Priebus said on Thursday about the new TV ads. “The RNC is going neighborhood by neighborhood, to listen to these stories from across the country and harness the energy behind each individual’s inspiration for wanting to make our country a better place.  We only win the White House by joining together to take a leading role in our communities, and we want to share the stories of those who are already making that effort and encouraging others to do the same.”

So far, the RNC has spent around $300,000 on the ads, including a $250,000 buy to run during next week’s debate. The two women from Florida will be part of the ads shown during the debate but the RNC has also put together digital ads including one in Spanish as it gears up for November.
