"Since the news broke earlier this week about Senator Mike Bennett and some of the questionable images and videos that were on his laptop while he was on the senate floor, there have been a lot of comments both online with the stories, but also reaction from Bradenton--part of the senator's district."
(Maria Luviano)
"I think it's no good. He's supposed to be listening what they're telling him. Not watching those videos."
Maria Luviano and her kids are residents in Bennett's district. After watching the censored video with her mom, Luviano's young daughter Jennifer begged me to interview her too.

I think it's not good for him because he needs to listen to--so he can learn more things.
On the second to last day of the legislative session, a Sunshine State News camera captured Senator Mike Bennett with a racy photo on his laptop.

Ivonne: I thought it was crazy. He shouldn't be looking at stuff like that.
Reporter: Do you think he's living up to his expectations as a senator, like your senator?
Ivonne: Of course not. Of course not.
(Joe Cadena)
"It was a sort of a shock. But then you know as I read the newspaper article in the Bradenton Herald
"I think that it literally did pop up."
Bennett claims it was a personal email from a friend. He said it subject line that made him think it was about a bill. Still, that doesn't explain why he also opened a video file of a dog a few minutes prior.
Reporter: Have you actually seen the video?
Cadena: No, no, no I have not seen the video.
Reporter: Here, let me show you this.

Cadena: Oh, boy well, (long pause) I don't know. I can't judge the man. Because of course I don't, I don't hang around him, you know what I mean? That's basically it, uh, It's an image."
