Marco Rubio had fighting words for the Congressional Budget Office’s analysis of the U.S. Senate’s proposal to repeal and replace Obamacare this week. On Wednesday, Rubio wasted no time laying into the CBO’s evaluation of the bill, which analysts say will leave 22 million more people uninsured by 2026.

Jim Poppell Takes Over at the Florida Lottery

 On Thursday, Gov. Rick Scott named Jim Poppell as secretary of the Florida Lottery. Poppell will start his new duties on July 10, replacing Tom Delacenserie who left at the start of the month to become president and CEO of the Kentucky Lottery. David Mica, the chief of staff of the Florida Lottery, has been serving as interim secretary.
