Former Gov. Claude Kirk's body, in a flag-draped coffin, was brought to the Old Capitol Friday afternoon.
Kirk, 85, was the first Republican governor of Florida in the 20th century.

Mitt Romney and Michele Bachmann Hammer Rick Perry on Immigration
Two of the Republican presidential candidates launched Web videos on Friday taking aim at one of their rivals -- Gov. Rick Perry of Texas -- on immigration.
Former Gov. Mitt Romney of Massachusetts unveiled a video that blasted Perrys record and featured a clip of former Mexican President Vincente Fox praising the governor of the Lone Star State.

It's Official: Jan. 31 Selected for Primary
The national primary calendar scramble is on.
Floridas 67 supervisors of elections now have a date they can plan for the presidential primary: Jan. 31, 2012.
Floridas nine-member Presidential Preference Primary Committee, voting 7-2 on Friday, saying they were forced to move up the date of their primary by several other states and the need to maintain the state's voice in the selection process, formally set the last Saturday in January for Floridas primary.
