The National Republican Congressional Committee (NRCC) launched a TV ad on Tuesday hitting U.S. Rep. Joe Garcia for gutting Medicare to fund President Barack Obamas federal health-care law. Garcia is facing a tough challenge from Miami-Dade School Board member Carlos Curbelo.
