After 10 Glorious Years, Sunshine State News and I Are Passing the Baton

You probably can't imagine how much fun I've had at Sunshine State News over the last 10 years. I don't think anybody could.

That's more or less what happened last Sunday in Mexico, at least as far as most American journalists (including me) are concerned.
Having taught economics at a number of colleges for a number of years, I especially welcomed a feature article in the June 22 issue of The Chronicle of Higher Education, on how economics courses with the same name can be very different at different colleges.

HBO should really try a new slogan for its original programming. Indeed they already had one courtesy of Aaron Sorkin's acid pen in the debut of his ridiculous new series "The Newsroom." That slogan is "Speaking Truth to Stupid."
After the U.S. Supreme Courts ruling on Thursday, the fate of Obamacare is now in the hands of the American people, to be determined this November.
