This week, U.S. Rep. Vern Buchanan, R-Fla., doubled down on his efforts cracking down on synthetic drugs by championing U.S. Rep. Pat Tiberi’s, R-Ohio, “Synthetics Trafficking and Overdose Prevention” (STOP) Act.
