Video: Barack 'No Excuses' Obama Blames Everyone for the Economy ... Except Himself

Blaming everything from the Arab Spring to the earthquake in Japan, President Obama has dodged responsibility for the lousy state of the U.S. economy.

Ironically, Obama has also said he would make "no excuses" for any shortcomings in his policies. That haunting statement is echoed repeatedly in a new GOP-produced video, which includes a snippet from Fort Myers.

"Candidate Obama pledged to turn the economy around and get our spending under control. Three years later, his promises don't match his deeds, so he's searching for someone to blame," said RNC Chairman Reince Priebus.

"President Truman famously said of the presidency that 'the buck stops here.' But all President Obama wants to do is 'pass the buck.'"
