Vern Buchanan to Host 'Listening Sessions' on Jobs, Economy

U.S. Rep. Vern Buchanan, R-Sarasota, will hold a pair of listening sessions in his district later this week.

I want to hear what you think Congress should be doing to create jobs, cut spending and get our economy back on track, Buchanan stated in a release.

The meetings are set for:

Friday, Jan. 18, noon, Manatee County Judicial Center, 2nd floor, Jury Room, 1051 Manatee Ave. West, Bradenton.

Saturday, Jan. 19,11 a.m., Sarasota County Commission Chamber, Sarasota County Administrative Office Building, 1660 Ringling Blvd., Sarasota.
