U.S. Chamber of Commerce Backing David Rivera

Rep. David Rivera, R-Miami, announced that the U.S. Chamber of Commerce was backing his bid for Congress.

We believe that your election to the U.S. House will help produce sustained economic growth and help create more jobs, wrote U.S. Chamber President and CEO Thomas J. Donohue to Rivera.

I am honored to receive the support of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, an organization whose priorities, like mine, are creating jobs and ensuring that Americas economy is sound and able to grow, said Rivera. The U.S. Chamber has more than 3 million members, more than 96 percent of which are small businesses with 100 employees or fewer. As a congressman I will continue to support policies that create a friendly environment to help these businesses develop, grow and create jobs.
