UNF Nursing Program Honored by AACN
While most higher education headlines focused on the U.S. News and World Reports rankings of colleges and universities, on Tuesday, a school in Florida was honored for its nursing program.
The American Association of Colleges of Nursing (AACN) named the the University of North Floridas (UNF) School of Nursing as a best practice program.
This recognition is a direct result of the commitment to the program by UNF President John Delaney and the hard work of Dr. Li Loriz, School of Nursing director, and the entire nursing faculty, said Dr. Pam Chally, the dean of the Brooks College of Health at UNF. Im very proud of the dedication of the faculty implementing the model. This approach sets our nursing students apart from others.
