Tom Rooney: 'New Low, Even for this Administration'

U.S. Rep. Tom Rooney, R-Tequesta, wants the U.S. Department of Justice to mind its own business when it comes to Florida reviewing its registered voter list.

With the state due to respond later today to an order by the DOJ to halt the review, Rooney has sent a letter to U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder demanding that the DOJ stay out of the Florida issue.

The Department of Justice under President Obama has become so politicized that it consistently puts aiding the presidents re-election campaign ahead of upholding justice and enforcing the rule of law, Rooney said.

The attorney general is now actively working to enable voter fraud and allow illegal immigrants to cast votes in the state of Florida -- this is a new low, even for this administration.
