Ted Yoho Labels Obama's Health Care Law as 'Legislative Malpractice'

U.S. Rep. Ted Yoho, R-Fla., railed against the Obama administrations decision not to verify the eligibility of applicants hoping to get insurance subsidies and pointed to The No Subsidies without Verification Act which passed the House. Yoho co-sponsored the measure.

"The fact that the administration does not plan to not verify if applicants for subsidies actually qualify is outrageous, Yoho said on Thursday. It is scary how much this administration thinks it can frivolously spend American taxpayers hard-earned money. This is yet another example of the legislative malpractice in the Affordable Care Act. I am not in favor of the ACA but every law should have measures to increase accountability to prevent against fraud and abuse.
