Southeastern Republican Women Set to Meet in Atlanta

Florida Republican women will be very much included July 19 and 20 when the Georgia Federation of Republican Women (GFRW) hosts the National Federation of Republican Womens (NFRW) Southeast Regional Summer Conference.

The event is scheduled for the Waverly Renaissance Hotel in Atlanta. The theme is United We Stand and the speaker line-up includes Georgia Gov. Nathan Deal, Sen. Rafael Ted Cruz, Republican National Committee co-chair Sharon Day and Secretary Carlos M. Gutierrez among several others.

The conference will offer the insight and vision for Republicans to unite, refresh and rejuvenate within the party. Additionally, the event provides a venue for conservatives to leave all barriers behind and come together to build a stronger and united front.

We can no longer sit back and watch our party separate from within itself," said Lisa Roper, NFRW 4th Vice President and Region 7 director. It is our hope that this conference will give everyone a platform to be heard and learn from others who are making strides from within our communities.

Friday afternoon, July 19, will offer campaign strategy nuts and bolts and a reception. The event will also feature a dinner with Georgia Gov. Deal and first lady Sandra Deal. Saturday events will include "Embracing the American Dream," a round-table discussion and breakout sessions. Partial registration begins at $50.

All up-to-date information and online registration for the conference can be found at www.gfrw.org.
