Senate Candidate Craig Miller Backs Rick Scott's Workday Events

Businessman Craig Miller, who is running in the Republican primary to take on Democratic U.S. Sen. Bill Nelson in 2012, weighed in on Gov. Rick Scott announcing that he was going to be holding Bob Graham-style workdays. Miller started a series of them last week when the former Ruth's Chris CEO worked at a pizzeria in Winter Park.

I applaud Governor Scott for following in Governor Grahams footsteps and launching this important endeavor, said Miller. It doesnt surprise me that a businessman and political outsider like Rick Scott would understand the importance of staying in touch with Main Street and working side-by-side with Floridians. With Governor Scott also resurrecting Governor Grahams important program and leading by example, like Ive sought to do with Miller on Main Street, perhaps 40-year career politician Bill Nelson will soon be ready to come back to Florida and work a real job.
