Screen Test: Lawmakers to View 'Waiting for Superman' and Discuss

Select members of the Florida House and Senate will attend a viewing of the documentary film "Waiting for Superman" at 4 p.m. Tuesday at the Miracle 5 Theater on Thomasville Road in Tallahassee.

Following the movie, a one-hour panel discussion will be moderated by state Sen. Evelyn Lynn, R-Daytona Beach. Panelists will include: Speaker Pro Tem John Legg, R-Port Richey; Sen. Stephen Wise, R-Jacksonville; Rep. Marty Kiar, D-Parkland; Leon County School Superintendent Jackie Pons; and Patricia Levesque, from Jeb Bush's Foundation for Floridas Future

Both the movie and the panel discussion are open to the public.Admission is limited to the theater's 173-seat capacity.
