Rubio Team: Does Charlie Crist Still Want to Repeal ObamaCare?

With the legal challenge launched by Attorney General Bill McCollum against new federal health-care laws backed by President Barack Obama being heard Tuesday in a federal court in Pensacola, the campaign team of former House Speaker Marco Rubio, the Republican candidate in the U.S. Senate race, is demanding to know if Gov. Charlie Crist, who is running without party affiliation, still wants to repeal those measures.

Floridians have a right to know where Charlie Crist stands on ObamaCare today and whether he still supports the states case seeking to overturn the massive health-care law, said Alex Burgos, a spokesman for Rubio, early on Tuesday. In just six months, Crist has taken seven positions on ObamaCare and now no longer supports repeal of this massive government take over of Americans health-care. Charlie Crist should explain to voters how he can be against repeal but for overturning the law.
