RPOF Slams Charlie Crist in Wake of Recent Unemployment Numbers

The Republican Party of Florida criticized former Gov. Charlie Crist's economic record on Friday, after a new report from the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity showed the state's unemployment rate dipped to 6.7 percent, the lowest it has been since August 2008.
Todays unemployment data clearly show that Rick Scotts policies have guided Florida to be a national leader when it comes to lowering unemployment," said RPOF Chairman Lenny Curry. "So its no wonder Charlie Crist and the Florida Democratic Party dont want to talk about jobs and the economy. Crists economic record was among the worst in America, and he abandoned Florida to put his political career above his responsibilities as governor.
