RPOF Launches 'It's Working' Website

With the 2014 gubernatorial election right around the corner and a potential showdown between Gov. Rick Scott and former Gov. Charlie Crist on the horizon, the Republican Party of Florida has launched a new website to highlight Florida's economic turnaround under Scott.

According to a press release from the RPOF, www.ItsWorkingFL.com"will serve as an information hub for all economic news and will be continually updated. ItsWorkingFL.com will also highlight economic contrasts of Rick Scott's successes and Charlie Crist's failures."

"Because of Governor Rick Scott's leadership, Florida is moving in the right direction,"said RPOF Chairman Lenny Curry."We have paid down $3.6 billion in state debt, created over 365,000 private-sector jobs, and had the second largest drop in unemployment in the country. Floridians are getting back to work and that is something we can all be proud of. We look forward to building on the successes of the last two and a half years and Floridians can go to this website to learn about Florida's turnaround."

The website shows several statistics on employment figures during Scott's two and a half years as governor. It also contains a "before and after" section which contrasts Scott and Crist's terms as governor.
