RPOF Attacks Charlie Crist's Job Record for Women
The Republican Party of Florida released an infographic on Monday contrasting former Gov. Charlie Crist's record on creating jobs for Florida women.

Female state legislators chimed in on the issue, with Republicans lambasting Crist while praising Scott.
"Women across the state need to know that Floridas female unemployment rate nearly tripled while Charlie Crist was governor, going from well below to well above the national average," said Sen. Kelli Stargel, R-Lakeland. "In comparison, in just three years under Gov. Scott, women have gotten back to work at a faster rate than the rest of the nation. Gov. Scott is focused on building our economy and creating jobs and the contrast between him and Charlie Crist could not be more clear.
Rep. Kathleen Passidomo, R-Naples, agreed with Stargel.
"While Charlie Crist continues to try to further his political career, thanks to Gov. Scott more women across Florida are actually building their careers," she said. "Under Gov. Scotts watch, over 300,000 more women have jobs and are able to provide for their families; under Charlie Crist, 244,000 women lost their jobs. It is amazing to me that anyone, man or woman, would want to once again experience the economic disaster that was Charlie Crists term as governor."
