Rosemary Goudreau to Sun-Sentinel; Tom O'Hara Takes Over as Floridavoices.com Editor

Rosemary Goudreau, co-founder of floridavoices.com, began this morning as editorial page editor of the Sun Sentinel in Fort Lauderdale. In a column today on the all-opinion website, Goudreau said she and business partner Rosemary Curtiss will continue to keep the 11-month-old site going.

Taking over as editor in Goudreau's place is Tom O'Hara, among many newspaper associations former managing editor of The Palm Beach Post and president of the Florida Society of Newspaper Editors.

Goudreau said of O'Hara, "He's going to give the job a test drive through the end of the year, to see if it's a good fit."

She said that counting weeklies, floridavoices.com syndicates its original opinion pieces to 37 Florida news organizations.
