Robert F. Kennedy Jr. Dating Tallahassee Lassie Cheryl Hines

The national news -- especially celebrity news -- takes a decidedly Florida turn. In fact, a Tallahassee turn.

All of a sudden we find that Robert F. Kennedy Jr., whose estranged wife Mary Richardson Kennedy committed suicide Wednesday, has been dating actress Cheryl Hines, best known from the TV show Curb Your Enthusiasm.

According to ABC News, Kennedy and Hines have been romantically linked since last year and were photographed in January attending the Sundance Film Festival in Utah. Kennedys daughter Kathleen Kick Kennedy, an aspiring actress, was also seen with the couple.

Cheryl Ruth Hines was born in Miami Beach, a daughter of James and Rosemary Hines. Part of the family came from Frostproof, but she grew up in Tallahassee, where she was a member of the Young Actors Theatre throughout high school.

Hines also attended Lively Technical Center and Tallahassee Community College in Tallahassee. She attended West Virginia University and Florida State University before graduating from the University of Central Florida.

Hines and Kennedy attended the Riverkeepers annual Fishermans Ball in New York City together in April and posed together on the red carpet.
