Rick Scott's Latest Ad Targets Alex Sink for Using State Plane

The campaign team of Rick Scott, the Republican gubernatorial candidate, unveiled a new ad late on Tuesday attacking state CFO Alex Sink, the Democratic nominee, on a number of issues -- including using a state plane for personal use.

Time and time again, Chief Financial Officer Alex Sink made promises to voters and turned around and broke them, said Joe Kildea, a spokesman for Scott. She was for cutting wasteful spending before she spent over 400,000 taxpayer dollars on private plane use. She was for watching over Floridians investments before she oversaw the loss of billions of dollars in state pension money. And she was for reforming state contracting before she steered a three-quarters-of-a-million-dollar no-bid state contract to her former employer. The more Floridians learn about Sinks record, the more they learn she will say anything to get elected.
