Rick Scott: Gerard Robinson 'Tireless Advocate' for Education

Gov. Rick Scott released the following statement on the resignation of Education Commissioner Gerard Robinson:

I appreciate Gerards service to the state of Florida and his commitment to ensuring Floridas students receive a first class education. He has been a tireless advocate for creating quality learning opportunities for all of Floridas students and he will certainly be missed. I wish Gerard the best and I know he will continue to make a positive impact on students and educators.
