Rick Scott, Enterprise Florida Target Kentucky Businesses in New Radio Ad

Gov. Rick Scott continued his efforts to target businesses in Kentucky, urging them to relocate to the Sunshine State as Enterprise Florida release a new radio ad hitting stations in the Bluegrass State.

“The new ad released today continues to highlight why Florida is a better place than Kentucky to do business,” Scott said. “The credit rating agency, Standard and Poor’s, just dropped Kentucky’s credit rating and it is now among the worst in the nation. I look forward to highlighting Florida’s AAA credit rating to Kentucky business leaders and demonstrating how Florida out-competes Kentucky for the best place in the nation to grow their business.”

“And now an important message from the state of Florida,” the narrator of the ad says. “Are Frankfort’s pro-union and big government policies hurting your business? Good news is on the way. Florida Governor Rick Scott is coming to Kentucky to share Florida’s success story. As a right-to-work state, with no income tax, Florida is ranked number number two by CEO’s for its business environment. Take your business to the next level. Contact Enterprise Florida now at 407-956-5600.”

As the ad notes, Scott will be taking a trip to Kentucky later this month.
