Rick Scott Backs Collective Bargaining if Transparent

Florida Gov. Rick Scott weighed in on Tuesday in a radio spot on an issue that is front and center on the national political stage -- collective bargaining. Scott said he backed collective bargaining provided union members kept tabs on what their leaders are negotiating.
