Rick Scott Attacks Injunction Blocking Arizona Immigration Law

With U.S. District Judge Susan Bolton ordering an injunction against parts of Arizonas immigration law, health-care executive Rick Scott, the front-runner in the Republican gubernatorial primary, said the ruling was out-of-line.

This type of ruling is a perfect example of why there is so much frustration with the political class in this country, said Scott. It just doesnt make sense for a judge to prohibit police from doing their job and asking people they arrest to show proof that they are here legally.The Arizona law is right, and as Ive said many times before, as governor Ill bring the Arizona law to Florida.
